Yinko Residential - phase II

VDZ has been asked to complete phase II of a large residential development in Yinko city. THis project includes over 400 acreas of residential single family detached housing within a waterfront community. Phase one is nearing completion and phase II development will start within the coming Spring time. Once complete the residential component of this project will compliment the 5-star resort and golf course complex currently under construction and completed by VDZ in collaboration with the masterplan design by EDSA - Fort Lauderdale.
